Beautiful detail and composition. Like so many others have commented - the picture tells so much. I think Gayle commented about the white splotch in the upper right corner - to me it's not just the white splotch that's distracting but rather the whole corner (white and beige). It looks as if something might be in motion, that maybe something got into the image. It simply doesn't fit with the rest of the compsoition.

Good work. Neat shot. I'd photoshop the twigs out of the image. They're a tad bit distractiong.

Fantastic shot. Great lighting and perspective. Only little comment is that it seems to slant just a bit down to the left.

I hope you didn't get trampled after taking this shot.

Absolutely adorable! Perfect angle/composition. His body seems non-existant. The diagonal lines on the floor also work well as does the fact that the floor goes from lighter to darker.

The only drawback would be a lack of sharpness. However, even with that the image is perfect for this project.

Congrats,

Kasia

Great shot. Is it really a night shot?

I would maybe crop it a little closer on the right. The last car on the right is just a bit bright... but those are minor comments.

Great composition/crop. This could equally well have been a photo of a bunch of Lego blocks - the effect is surreal.

Fantastic shot.

Fantastic colors!! The sky is so powerful and work so well with the yellow field!!

However, the tree line is a too dark - the lack of detail in them makes it look like just one solid black line. and imho the frame is a bit too heavy for the image... but that's just a matter of personal preference.

Great capture!

Beautiful shot and fantastic colors. I truly do love it.

A couple comments however - some, or maybe all of which, may have been pointed out by others:
1. looks a bit over sharpened/saturated - especially around the mountain line - creates the effect as if it's a couple images pasted together.
2. the slightly slanted horizon detracts and the natural curve of the waves does not help

Other than those two very minor detractions - the image is fantastic.

This is truly one of Gaudi's most amazing buildings. Few can compare with it. And like with so much of Gaudi's work, it's always hard to do it justice in any image. What you did here is not necessary portray a true representation of what it really looked like or what to expect there (not meaning that you altered the image), but rather you're shot seems to convey the abstract/insane/bizarre feel that is so ever present in all of Gaudi's work. Great job! And welcome to our usefilm community!

Kasia

PS: the only thing that bugs me about the image is it's off-centerdness - the fact that you have such large black edges... and due to the windows, no way of really going about it... unless you would try a tighter crop... maybe cutting them off a bit wouldn't be a bad thing.

I've had a chance to look through your portfolio and I'm still speachless. You have truly stunning images. Like this one... so simply yet so effective. I might however disagree with the title "alone" - for me the boat does have company... in the form of the perfectly positioned cloud - right above it - almost as if it were following the boat or keeping an eye out for it. What I would like to know is where the driver/rower disappeared to.

Fantastic work!

Stunning!! Simply stunning! I have no idea what else to say. When Ruth described it as Saturn she was spot on. This goes straight into my favorites.

Congrats!

Great composition and a fantastic sky. For me, however, I would have liked a bit more detail on the silhouette - it's just a bit too dark and too flat. Other than that, it's a great capture.

Great colors and composition. The little part of the boat on the left, however, is a bit distracting. I would either crop it out or PS it out.
