Excellent image & Perfect title for this portrait dear Lee ...She is certainly a natural beauty- and this is a great image in all ways IMHO -ha!!! Really I know there is no way I can shoot as good as you ((YET) but I do know a good shot when I see one- and this is superb - It makes me smile :))

Thanks, Lucas. It was taken "a couple" of years ago by a good friend. He took direction well and it came out better than I thought. I think I am very lucky to have this, and I am glad you like it.

I am addicted to PS and discover new things all the time. I am especially sensitive to skies, as you will remember.
This photo needed several tours through the selective color adjustment. It was a lucky shot, but started out rather flat. I brought it to how my mind remembered it on a chilly day traveling from Martha's Vineyard to Woods Hole.

Thanks, Avi. All you really need is no seam paper and a broad light source -- here it was north-west window light in the screened-porch.
The model has to be 4-5 feet from the background, so you get a soft, shaded shadow.
