This is very tender, Tina.
And while this can be an almost cliche'd image, You have exceeded most such shots with very soft, very sensual lighting, along with the best move of all...place her in a natural environment instead of in front of a window or in the studio. The lush green behind her is a harbinger of new life on its way!
In a word: brilliantly done.
