thanks for your note. It was on a tripod and no tricks. I had been to Muir Woods without a tripod and said I am coming back WITH a tripod.... and voila...

leaning towards emptiness or reaching for the sun. I love how flowers pull to the direction of the sun so they can absorb every last drop. Beautiful photo.

Thanks again... but the cropping credit goes to photoshop but the angle of shot is right on. They were coming straight and it was very cool to capture it.

Thank you from my Mom.. she took the shot. I love the way this horse is interacting with me. It was a wonderful moment and cherish it. I hope to meet her again as she had a strong emotional spirit.

I agree. I once saw two horses running in an open field and it was the first time I had ever seen it. I was one of the most thrilling moments to watch and I had wished so badly that I had a camera. Everytime thereafter I watched that field for those horses but never saw that moment again.

yes I took your advice and added the title of friendship because it is quite the relationship between these two. I have yet another that I may post with a photo of this young lady with her jumping parnter... he is large and towers above her... so large and majestic and they love each other. No he is my nephew and yes I love his eyes. I sent you a small version to your email of greener than green... I have begun to play with photoshop. I was told to use the patch tool but I have yet to figure it out.

hello
I am not sure how to make it larger. when i download photos is says I have to have it less than 500kb to download so I make the images smaller for that reason?... not sure how else to show the larger image because my original images are at least 1 mb.

oh.. I know.... how do I shoot in an environment like that? I thought I should use my flash because it was a gray day and dark. I did not have a tripod and if I hand held it was too dark. I didn't realize the flash would wash out the pics... and it washed out sooo many. 
Is the best bet to shoot on a tripod without any flash?
