thank you,

i first noticed the nice side light on her hair, and then the pink dress which showed off her blond hair.

it was taken at a summer horse racing event, a warm day with lots of food and wine.

cheers peter

thanks , i got her to face into front-on diffused window light.

i took about 6 or 7 photos and choose the one with the cheeky expression.

with digital take lots of photos of similar poses and select the best one later at home.

Wonderful Capture! She is very pretty and The tones you brought out nicely! The lighting is
Very good. Maybe could add alittle shadow to the
face.... I really can only speak of what I like.
I'n just learning myself. The only real thing I see that I do not like is the spot in the lower
left background that has been missed.
Outside of that, I really like the photo!
Nicely captured!

Cangrats....

thank you ,i cropped in fairly tightly as she was moving in a area with a very distracting backround.

but you are correct if the parents would wish to get an enlargement made, it could crop in to close to the girl herself.

cheers thanks for looking, hope you can get some photos of the world cup up on usefilm.

A lot of noise and a bit soft on the focus. Not an easy shot, but a well composed image.

thanks bruce,

having a look at your site, you are lucky to take your rugby pics in daylight.

the team of whom you are taking the photos should be very pleased with your results.

this hurricanes team based in your capital city of wellington is made up of 4 major provinces.

so its slightly easier to get a cash return for standing on a freezing evening under lights at a rugby game.

the bigger newspapers photographers will shot over 800 frames per game.

so the point i am trying to make is to keep shooting lots of photos.

put them on a cd or such like, and after a while of this ask to be allowed on the side line of bigger games such as tests and internationals.

the faster action and more oportunities for great rugby photos is boundless.

keep up the good work.

cheers peter
