Very strong image...great muted colors. However, IMHO if the crown of the man on the right was not cut off at the tip it would be nicer. Cheers

Beautiful composition Sanjib. The inclusion of the little snow-covered hedge in the foreground makes it complete. Great work. Proud of you buddy.

Beautiful expression, DOF, and light, but IMHO you should have allowed some more headspace. :) Cheers

Nice candid! But would ask for better exposure and less DOF, should blurr the Bg a bit.
Cheers

Nice image. Pity that the gradient in the sky got damaged due to jpg compression. Always try to add a little (2-3) noise before you make the low res version. That will help in retaining an illusion of the gradient. What you shoot in analogue shows a continuous gradient, but a digital conversion creates discreet units. Downsampling removes some intermediate units and thus damages the transitional vignette (gradient). Adding a bit of noise creates some units that holds on to the colors. Though this is actually not a retention of the original gradient but an illusion of it. Like closely placed dots which look like a line.

Nice lights and colors, but I'd ask for a better composed shot. I tried to crop yours for a tighter comp, but having a diff comp in field wud've been diff.
