Rather overexposed from the back. I guess that this is one of those cases where an "fillin flash" would help to balance the light a little.
The composition is rather bulls-eye. Not bad for an picture for in the purse or family album, but it could be a little more exciting. That's the difficult part of making photo's of your own children (I assume): to make photo's that rice above the "snapshot"..
