Classica situazione (al campidoglio se non erro) rappresentata benissimo, con l'uomo di pietra che pare guardare e governare i turisti seduti.

Excellent details and wonderful tonal range! The scene contains all the necessary things for turning interesting. I think that here a bit more enhancement of perspective and depth was necessary, a bit smaller focal distane perhaps, for embedding the actors in strong leading lines.

Yes, this is superb! It is making something very intriguing out of an everyday scene - and that's for itself alone a great thing! Let us look closer, how the shadows seem to be a continuation of the selected perspective, the leading lines of which seem to take the eyes to the monument, that in turn seems to define the origin of geometry! And how the contours of people receive reiforcement by the incident light, how the backlit scene evolves to a scene of modern theater! And all that without turning things and persons to a monolithic continuous shadow!
If only the shadows of the people in the front were not cut at the bottom! Still an intriguing one! Congratulations!

A good idea for a capture and very well balanced exposure considering the lighting. The moment was a bit sub-optimal though. Perhaps some moment, when they talk to each other, or both look at the same direction with interest... perhaps this could provide a more special touch.

That's indeed a very humorous moment to capture, Simone, and you did that much better than many of the similar point and click shots. The lighting/toning are perfect, the sharp details make the scene so authentic, and then the humoristic attitude (without getting kitschy) adds the finishing touch.
