I love the atmospheric feel this image has! Good balance of foreground and background.

I just love the look of that egyptian architecture.

A very cool photo here, I love the way the lines angle upward to create a great sense of depth, and the cloud above almost looks like lightning striking the top. The cloud shadows on the front give it a nice tone, too. Very dynamic, I like it a lot!

good job,

When I saw the thumbnail, I was like, 'cool, a dof shot of a fern!' But when I opened it, I realize why it was called wings. The focus so sharply centered on those two leaves make them look like angels wings, and the rest of the image fades away. Very nice, and excellent execution!

Cool abstract! That's one thing I like about this series you're doing, is the amount of color you have in your work, it's fantastic!!

beautiful!! I am fascinated by those type of heavenly bodies, but since I go to school in L.A. I have not chance to see it.

Thanks for lightening up my day!

Wow, that is a wonderful creative idea, I thought for sure it was some sort of digital pattern, but those are actual windows, eh? You have a great eye to catch a shot like this.

Wonderful tone, and I like the way the sails form arrows that point to the heavens. Excellent capture of mood.

Great Dickens quote, too.

Very nice image, Khaled. It makes me want to visit Egypt some day and see the beautiful architecture.

I like the way it feels like only two colors were used, orange and Black. that's a cool effect.

Wow, Rafi, that's great! I love the look of the shinyness on that cheese. The brilliant orange made me think back to your previous image, 'orange ribbon'.

mmm, just the sight of that cheese makes me long for some Israeli food... I could use a couple falafels right about now... one in each hand. I visited Israel 5 years ago, and that was one of the highlights of the trip.

Thanks for your comments on my images, they are much appreciated.

Very nice cityscape. I love how the archway creates a 'second frame' in the center of the image, it adds a feeling of depth, as does the diminishing perspective. I also love how you've managed to capture the everyday life of each of the people in the shot. great job and great detail!

Great creative way to take a portrait! it feels upside down, and that gives it a personality of it's own, and makes for a great mood.

Nice use of darks and brights to make a vivid image here. I love the chaotic way the water is seeping over the stones, it helps tell the story of the journey to the unknown.

I like this photo a lot, and you have a great imaginative mind. Keep shooting!!

I think I like this one the best out of your recent collection of horse race photos. It just captures the excitement and anticipation that you find at a race like this, and the expression on her face, and her body language, leaning forward like that, tells that story very well.

great composition, too.

Very nice effect, and a unique look at floral photography. I wish I had miniblinds that looked like that! That way you could just pull the string, and *whoosh*! a beautiful flower.

Very excellent image, I love seeing people's creative ideas here at usefilm!

oooh, great creepy macro there (unless, of course, this is life-size) I grew up in Papua New Guinea, so there actually were spiders the size of your computer screen there. well, almost anyway.

But beautiful shot, amazingly detailed. It almost looks like that spider has eyelashes... I just hope that sheila ain't batting them at me!

Beautiful work, Marian!! great composition, and I like the feeling it has, with just the white boat in a sea of blueness!

Did you know that the opening scene of Tomb Raider 2: the Cradle of Life took place on Santorini Island? Not the best movie ever, but still cool that your little island is in a film!

great job, Marian.

Hi, Kevin!

the mood in this photo is awesome, I love how there seems to be something ominous about those lobster pots, just because there is a storm brewing behind them.

You know what my favorite part about this photo is? the way that spider looks like a hand, with those long, spindley fingers coming out and grabbing the fly like that. oohhh, gives me the creeps.

This was the second of two photos I took, mainly because My camera's memory card is very small and I wanted to save room for other experiments, but also because the wind was carrying the dust straight in to the lens of the camera, and I wanted to keep it from getting too dusty.

I actually like the faming as it is on this particular photo, Thank you though for your suggestions. Maybe it's becuase I'm into movies, but I like the 'widescreen' feel it has, and the lines created by the ground and my legs all converging on the center make it feel best center-framed, in my opinion. Anyone else have any ideas? I love hearing them.

and Thank you all for your comments, they are much appreciated.

I love this angle, and you definately chose a nostalgic feeling place, good job in adding to the mood with great composition.

I've got to make it to NYC one of these days....
