It was a pleasure to have your comments on my photograph, you seem to be a sky specialist yourself and that makes it much more meaningful, having pleasant notes from you.

Well captured, The transparency and glitzyness that has come about the train's surface makes it an amazing image....

Thanks for the comment on my pic... By the way, i noticed the colors are not as crisp as they appear on my actual pics...any suggestions?

Nice Portrait, Composition wise it's quite good, I would have wished to see more contrast on the face though.

And in fact a closer crop just on the face and little of hair detail might give an altogether new perspective on this frame. C if u can try something like that.

Hi,

How are you Doing?
Congrats for the "POD".

A little comment i have over here is that i am little confused as in what is the focus of this image...the back ground...the foreground or the contrast between the two..The comment suggests that foreground is point of interest here and if that were the case i would have loved to see it lit better or the background to have been subdued. Right now, what is happening is since the forground is symmetrical and is a fixed form, it is getting read by the eye very quickly and eye is almost immediately moving to the background trying to locate the interest point in the background and that process too is hampered by
1. The thick bars in the foreground.
2. No specific subject in the foreground.

I hope you might like to ellaborate on this.

Regards
P

hEY HOW COME THE SUN GOT HALVED IN THIS ONE, A BIG TECHNICAL FLAW, IN AN OTHERWISE INTERESTING LANDSCAPE. aND HOW COME YOUR PICTURES ARE COMING DULL, ARE YOU GETTING THEM PRINTED AT A NORMAL LAB AND SCANNING THEM, tHE WAY AROUND COULD BE HAVE SELECTIVE PICTURES SCANNED AT A PROFESSIONAL PHOTO LAB.

Well Glen, that is in Gurgaon,a satellite city adjoining the national capital of Delhi and this is just at the entrance of the city!
And i must say i pity your knowledge over India but i don't blame you for that, it's something to do with the media, western as well as our own and here our own more so. But for your kind knowledge, historically india has been a very rich nation and that's exactly the reason it was plundered so many times in the past. I would suggest you to read "Discovery of India", if you want to know more about india.

Wow!
Amazing concept! You definately have a style about your picture and i find your photography very explorative and inventive. I can see a lot of original pieces of work like the above.

At first glance it looked like a gas torch but when i read your about i had to bite my finger.
Very creative and perfectly executed/presented.

Very thoughtful expression caught in a nice way. Unkept hair in this cae reinforce the anxiety on the face. Lastly, intelligent choice to have chosen B/w for this intimate portrait.

Wow Lovely Cityscape!

Colors are bright and crisp and composition is good, the blue color both in water and the sky is very relaxing and sets a bright and holiday mood for the whole picture.
