Fantastic shot...love the leaves and scarf!! E...very sorry about the job...I always thought photography was your job because you're so impressive with it. Great to see you uploading your work again...I think it's first rate and was just telling that to someone yesterday while in Yellowstone National Park.

Jeffery...I like the original too; the background isn't distracting and yet still gives a good sense of DOF and it also allows the highlights of her hair stand out.

Hey Paul! The Sigma has pretty good glass for sure; quite clear. BUT...at certain focal lengths on the full frame the light really falls off at the edges...quite a bummer actually. It didn't seem to have that problem on the 20D however...
I'd totally love it if I could get the Canon 400mm DO or the 600... :)

Thanks Jase...I don't think she's dead center...pull her into PS and Grid her out; it's an Optical illusion. Besides...I could have cropped over on the left but I wanted the shoulder line to bring the viewer up into the frame.

Clive...your monitor is way out of adjustment I think; Jeffery's shot is spot on and yours is severely washed out...perhaps time to calibrate???
