Thanks for looking David! Actually I think these grapes were not destined to produce wine, but that was what the photo inspired me, with the rich red leaves. Quite a nice feeling to look back at photos like this in the middle of the gray Belgian winter

Thanks everybody for your kind comments!

I've got my FZ15 for 2 months now and I'm learning and experimenting whenever I get the chance. It's nice to get such positive feedback, very motivating.

Thanks again and take care!

A.

Thanks for looking Ned! We went to visit this rose garden in Ardennes (some mountains in the south of Belgium) and found out that we were a little late and that was one of the last roses alive. Beautiful though! I've cropped it wide to cut a road passing in the upper part of the picture and only after that realized the better framing.

Thanks for looking and commenting Alessandro! I am actually very proud of that particular photo. I find the proportions perfect and it's straight out of the camera, not even cropped. Maybe it's a little difficult to realize that is water and not sky, but I guess this is the charm of it.(lots of people think that's the skky and are puzzeled by the UFO's there)

Thanks for looking and feedback Robert! I like the fact the photo didn't show any stem or other part of the plant (hence the title), altough it was a live specimen in the greenhouse.

I guess I've been a little too agressive with the USM (maybe I'll try again later if I find the time), but I'm even newer to postprocessing than I'm to photography.
