I reckon this would work even better in mono, the yellow toning would give a nice tonal range

I find the really intensive colors in a quite hard combination very interesting here! Especially because they combine also very clear curves with others that are out of focus, and because of the grain-like noise that spreads over the image, giving it this way to a certain touch of modern designing. A good one for its original look and feel.

An intriguing shot here, that lives from its complex yet easy geometry. All those metal railings divide it into dense, coordinate-like facettes full of tension. And between them the captured silhouette acts like being digitized, like being a composite shape consisting of these facettes.
A bit more visible presence of colors in these coordinates would have add tension. Perhaps some more colorfully dressed person would fit better.
