Great sunset Sean but the pink spot is a distraction. I think it is an aberration caused by pointing the lense directly at the sun. Difficult one to erase. Sorry to be a kiljoy.

interesting. it looks better small, though because the digital film, or the gaussian effect, something makes the blurry close-up area look extra digitized, i think... not sure tho.

See what you're saying in your comment Sean. I'm not convinced it's camera shake. I've found DOF is critical with these guys. The point you focus on can be sharp but extremes (like end of body/tail) is out of focus. Compare your vertical twig with body and far (his RH wing). See any difference?
