I like the shot, the compostion is good, but I would have left the person in focus and opened the lens up to leave the background out of focus.

Excellent!!!! I love how all 3 are focussing their eyes on a different subject (you, the other camera, and...?) nice in B&W.
I like teh fountain, the textures, and the contrast in tehir clothes and the textures on the fabrics add to and play with their adorable expressions. very nice photo. I hope you sent copies in frames to their families, its a keepsake!

Wow. excellent color palette, the desaturation worked excellently! The boy and his clothes match the cityscape. wonderful how it is almost black+white plus teal.

excellent depth of field effect, very nice photo, i love his attitude. great shot!

not a very flattering photo... the chin area is kinda bothersome to the eye, I am disturbed by the photo. nice use of sidelighting and focusing on the teeth while having a 'mood' in the photo almost like a gangster flick... what is he planning to do?

I like the contrast with her clothes and white outfit and the garbage bins in the background. It seems very much like a funeral for some reason, it just 'feels' that way. nice photo!

Urban style.. that is the expression..
and attitude!!!!
Do not worry.. your style is being defined at present... it will evolve and this is what photography is all about. Evolution!

Strong and heavy on the mood, Green G. It's like the memory of a jazz tune in one's head.

You are cheating, with such beautiful children, who cares what kind of a photographer you are, but inspite of that you did an excellent job. Very sharp crisp photo. Del.

Thanks for the comments, I really appreciate them. I am not as good with PS as some of the photographers here on UF but I did the best that I could. I really wanted the vines to look a little bit more real than they turned out. Anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks for the comment. I am still trying to find my photographic style. I have seen so many photographic styles here on UF that I like yet, I do not want to mimic them. I simply want to develop my own style. I guess it will eventually come as I take more pics.

I LIKE it! the buildings in the background along with his expression gives it a nice urban feel. I also like how the tones of blue in his jacket, the sky, and on the building all match up. The borders also add and give it a cinematic effect, like you said.

Great use of creativity to get the image you wanted!
