The colours of this image make me think of a medieval painting. Very strong lighting & colouring!
The composition with the tree right in the center is somehow disturbing me, on the other side..

There's shadows on the left you cannot see where they're from...

Ik zou wel ne keer wat meer foto's van Australië willen zien eigenlijk ;) (hint, hint)

Yo Kurt,
This image is really really nice; very difficult to find something to improve..
But if you insist: the left beneath corner may have a bit more blur, to blend in the background completely. But again: this is "mosquito-sifting";)

Amazing landscape!
The minimalism is the power of this image. Very Strong!

I'm missing a bit of contrast, but I like the composition.
Very well seen!

Very strong image!
It's got its power from its minimalism..
Good job!

I would have liked to walk around and take pictures while I was there some months ago, but allas I didn't get the chance...
So thanks for sharing:)
Maybe you could play with the contrast a bit more? In my opinion it's a bit grey now.

What's causing the pain? Or is it just the name of this river?
Exactly this by the mist softed kind of landscape I saw this morning while driving to work.. It's the time of the year I guess.
You captured the mood very well my friend!

Interesting combination of portrait and landscape!
Although you wonder where she is looking at; is it the tree we just don't see, except some branches?

Maybe the front is a bit at the dark side.
But I do appreciate simple mountainscapes like this! It's often very difficult and sometimes even frustrating to catch in a picture the feelings you have when you experience this mountain realm.
Here, photography must be humble and find satisfaction in just trying to reproduce the real image. You did a good job.
I'd like to know which mountains we're enjoying here (as you could guess, mountains and climbing is one of my big interests;) )
Thanks for sharing this view!

This almost looks like a painting, or an illustration in one of those fifties schoolbooks.
Very special composition, nice PS job.

Hi Mark,
thanks for your comment to my photo!
Is this your living room? You've got a splendid view over there! )
Anyway, nice portfolio you have, congrats! I guess you wouldn't mind if I hang around to watch some more of it..
Cheers,

Lovely!
It remembers me of my backyard... maybe I should also try to make some pictures of it, especially now, when the morning almost everyday brings fog like this. Only, I'm usually not awake enough to get my camera out )
Thanks for sharing this view!

Very strong composition! Nice subject, nice clouds!
Just a little bit too dark imho; a sparkle of sunlight would enhance this picture even more.

I love the atmosphere of this picture, and the contradiction it evokes. The sea seems to be generaly synonymous to light, and here darkness has fallen upon it..
