Love the composition here, a little over exposed for me, but it's not my photo, ha ha ha
Like the expression in the subject's eye, not sure if it's surprise or fear.
Nice shot altogether
Thanks for sharing

WOW man !!!
GREAT capture.
I know they're hard to capture... I've been trying to get one all summer!! (Dragonflies)Hahaha
Just a thought for you, try to get both wings in frame to show symetry down the center of your shot. Other than that, great light, nice detail in the wings, great colors and I love the texture in the wood.
Best shot yet my man!
Thanks for sharing with us.

Great depth of field here Mike. Love the composition and the fact that you can see you taking the shot in the reflection if his eye. Now this is more like it man. Awesome work here. I Look forward to seeing what else you have for us here on Usefilm

Now we're talkin'
I love the placement of the fire, leaving so much 'emtpy' space to the left of the frame.
Good choice of name for this image as well as good exposure length.
Great shot all around

Wow Mike... What shall I say? Let me Start by saying that Straight flash ruins photos. Maybe if you would have bounced it with a white card or something it may have done more justice. The shot is Far too over exposed (unless you were going for this effect) and if you were then you should mention it in your picture outline. This site is for professional and amature photographers to post their works of art, not for people to post random snap shots. I don't want to sound mean but this image should be stricken from your "Portfolio" and replaced by something that I know you are capable of... (A great shot) It's a good capture in regards to the little guy's pose, but his eye and the tree behind him being lit like that by the flash, (In my opinion) ruins this photo.

Hey Mike, I'm loving the color of the flame here, not too orange. That little Kodak captured the cinders just nicely. Composition is good, love the diagonal line leading the eye to the "Whisp-ier" flames. Next time maybe try a longer exposure (with the easyshare just adjust your EV setting) for more tracers above the fire.
Keep up the great work man, and check out my portfolio for some fire shots (Fire Charmer hurt me)

remote shutter release? did you see the camera I was using? google it for images
Once again, Thank you ever so much for the Critique and I will try harder next time

Edward, I would absolutly love to see this same shot with more depth, if this structure is near your home I'd love for you to retake it, no flash, and a nicer DOF.
Great shot and vision all around even still.
