Nice shot. IMHO there could be some minor improvements, the colors seems to be a little flat so some adjustments in contrast and saturation can make it more pop/living. Be careful not to lose detail in the hi lights. You added some blur around the snail to make it look more 'macro'. Thats a good thing but I feel this blur looks a little to fake. You could try how to make it look more natural in PS. Regards, Pim.

Accidentally the original image was uploaded in the Adobe 1998 color profile. In attachment to this posting the image in the right sRGB profile. Thanks for watching!

Hoi Paul, You're right about the tension in her neck which I didn't notice. As said above, we rushed this shot too much. I asked her to choose a pose which felt right for her. We'll better give it another try :). Thank you for your comment! Groeten, Pim

Hi Philip, Thank you for your comment. I think you're right, I didn't take enough time to let her choose a good pose. We both didn't have much experience with portrait and model photography, as it was our first shoot. I will ask her if we can do another series with more attention to the pose. Regards, Pim

Bedankt! Ik vind bloemen eigenlijk best lastig. In Practical Photography las ik een artikel over bloemen en toen dacht ik, dat kan ik vast ook. Toch viel het me tegen.
