Mike,
Thanks for your comments. I understand about the point about the limited depth of field. I took this in a dimly lit high shool football stadium at night. I was happy to have anything in focus. I do think the eyes really make the picture. It really does capture the personality of a neat young lady. Thanks again for taking the time to look at my work. Jack

Wow! I love the colors and the offbeat angle. Unusual look at an ordinary item. Well done.

I've shot the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels a number of times but I've never gotten such a wonderful image. Very well done.

John,

Absolutely gorgeous! I love the way you've framed the roadway to draw the viewer into the center of the picture. Very well done.

Roby,

Wonderful picture. I especially like the way your eye is drawn into the center of the picture to the children's faces. Well done.

It's an Austin Healey Sprite. My first car was a '67 model. Don't remember the last time I saw one running. Thanks for the great capture. You're right, it is really small especially when compared to the cars of the late 60's and early 70's.

John,
I like all of these sunrise pictures. I especially like them because I just don't associate New Jersey with the beach. Makes the pictures that much more interesting.

Nice warm tones. I love the expression on this little girl's face. She looks a little like Shirley Temple.

Amy,

A wonderful shot but I must say that in the four years I lived in Nebraska, I don't think I saw that many trees total!

What a cutie! I wouldn't worry too much about the cropping. I think you are right that her expression is worth the picture. The color and jaunty angle of her hat are nice too. Well done.

Elangovan,

Thanks for your nice comments. I agree with you about the hairlight. I'll try and improve the next time. I'm just not sure I can recapture her expression, which is the best part of the picture to me.
