This could be a very very interesting work!
I think a small F stop (large aperture) would work better in this photo. The lighter shade behind her head, the car, the person and the wall at the top left are distracting one's attention from the lady. A little careful post processing would also be helpful to draw the viewers towards the lady and her very interesting face.
Did you take a close up also?
