Hi,Jen This is a hermit crab, there are about five hundred known species of hermit crabs in the world, most of which are aquatic and live in saltwater at depths ranging from shallow coral reefs and shorelines to deep sea bottoms. However in “ Masirah Ilsland”, the species are mostly terrestrial.this guy is about 2 inches.

'BLACK,WHITE AND GRAY'This a memento what stays in giddy cupola. The moment elapses speedly and memorablilia just stay...I'not istead of him,I don;t know the eyese's that standed behind the camera and snaped this moment what was his feeling but according to the color of photo its space and elements, something is felt. This is an irainian view in an aboroad of irainian architecture in a vertical rectangularframe.Perhaps a meson what is the moment of a foreign structure with embowed and high celling, many pillars and arkswhat is imbued irainian architecture but I don't know when I saw it,why I've an immigrant feeling. I imagine that the round celling and its texture can be the incarnation of an earth that it's possible to be a life in it.I see some scuttles in advers what put as a stairway, from small to big, dark to bright. The sequel scuttles open face to God,maybe they grant the life sence to the distant, numby and rusty space or perhaps they can be the lungs of the alone, recluse and wistful grimalkin who sits ithe left corner.Yeah,I can intone her hopeful glance,I can see her numby smile.Maybe she croons some pains"COME TO ME,I'M ALONE,I'VE A IMMIGRANT FEELING,I'M WISTFUL..." The elderly woman in the downest corner and rusty mason define eachother or perhaps live together...But a point what attracts me is grimalkin demission in a awful structure with high celling,I think it can be sign that the sanctuary of woman is scorned in the society.Anyway being opened scuttles far from the grimalkin and near the dark slackers, perhaps they're signs, she has to move, there is still a life, she should depart until arrive to the place where should...I imagine the seat of old woman maybe a praye altar ror veneraition of her pounstaking hands,IS it justice that she is left lonely and wistful?!All in all the photographer can say his purpose with choosing appropriate color and grimalkin in the space. He implyed equiblibrium what should be always in the life by selecting polar and vertical rectangular frame. The ohoto is dark to some extent what can be a swoon in photometer. The color isn't sharp. In result he could adjust the photometer how the light reflection was registered in the middle of down part and it became soft but he selected appropriate diaphragm to registerthe wall texture and grimalkin'scarf.Anyway I think that photogapher set something such as old woman, opend scuttles first and then snap the moment.
