Great Shot Hugo... I find it a real shame that they don't let tripods up there... I would have had some great shots. As I was up there, the sun was setting behind showers of snow over the hudson river and jersey...

Wonderfully tranquil photo with a nice amount of 'movement' in the frame to make the capture a little more dynamic. The colours are very vibrant and the ripples on the water are very sharp, well done in the low light.

Lars you live in such a beautiful area... I would love to visit these mountains in winter. There is such an amazing warmth in this photo, although it is winter. Excellent choice for Photo of the Day!
