Portra was an unusual choice of film for a landscape, though I've used it myself to good effect in the past for the muted colours. And fantastic colours you've achieved here in what looks like the golden hour. There appears to be some digital noise visible in the background mountains, maybe an artifact from sharpening?

The perennial problem of street photography, though I don't quite understand why anyone would object, after all everyone can see her anyway. The blur adds to the drama.
