First of all i should explain this photo is united form of two different frame/picture. The the other clouds is taken before (2 weeks) the building. But the same intruments is used.
Than i use PS to change exposure value (level) and have got 5 different lighted frames.
I render the these different frames with Photomatix Pro3.
I did the same procedure for the other picture.

Yes. It was rainy cats&dogs. Some places was flood by water and 29 people was died in Istanbul
