Hi louis..I like this shot a sense of size and meaning in it. No I don't use a tripod but I should it really helps in any shot. I never sharpen my pics hardly but I do use this technique a lot it is called contrast sharpening and I suggest you learn it and play around with it always on a copy layer in PS. It can make your pics pop out...rog

the liver birds..I used to live in chester but sailed and worked from liverpool...maybe you should of gone all out and made it look like a watercolour...it has a fairland quality to it..nice
