That's Frank for the suggestion, but...he is right on the third line now. If I cropped off the right it woul;d move her to the third line and lose part of the sun filled opening.

Great mood shot. I think croping the right side and using the law of thirds would do wonders for this photo. Also, a little fill would work. OMHO~

I quite like this portrait, good resolution and good toning. The name badge is a bit distracting. I'm assuming from your comment that she has some form of dementia. I sometimes work with these patients and know well that faraway look. You've captured it very accurately.
