Garold, Foe waterfalls my technique is "bracket exposure times", shoot raw, and learn Photoshop. Depending on lighting, speed of the water, and viewing angle exposure varies in a wide range. And always use a tripod. Keep shooting. Regards, Gil

Ron it's really dark in that redwood forest so I did not need a ND filter. Don't remember the exposure, fstop about 18-22 for DOF exposure between 1/5 to 1.5 seconds. I love being in that forest. Gil

Death Valley a favorite place on mine. Not easy to photograph but you made a charming image of the sunrise. Serene with the yellow promising some heat coming soon, Horizon classicely i/3 from the bottom edge colors enhance the mood. Well done Hugo. Regards, Gil

This was my first good infrared photograph. Made it at Stanford aboretum where there are many wonderful trees. It may be a little taller than others, The angle distorts it's size. have you done any IR photos. Gil Thanks for your many kind comments.
