too bad the DOF isn't a bit sharper to bring out more detail, but with a fast moving Titan Trigger, I would be backing away real fast!!! such big bad teeth.

Beautiful! one suggestion, in my humble opinion, try holding a black background paper or board behind the subject to eliminate the busy background.

Well captured, great colors, focus and wonderful water motion. Perhaps (If possible) a lower camera angle to add a bit of sky at the top would be helpful. Thanks for sharing.

IMO, a slower shutter speed to give life to the water, and a more careful camera angle to eliminate the foreground blured branches would inprove the overall presentation.

Nice shot, good focus and DOF! It appears that the black backgroung was achieved using post processing, and if so, IMO I would have left some green from eithet the stem or a leaf, to break up the scene a bit more and push the eye to the center of the rose.

The focus, dof colors and composition, but to my eye, the angle is too severe. You should try presenting the same photo at a 45 degree angle.

Beautiful photo, great composition, exposure and focus. When you have a chance, try this: locate another flower (even a different color) behind your main subject so that it is reflected in the water dropletts. You may be surprised at the results. Regards....

Congratulations on the Editors choice. This is a wonderful photo, however, in my opinion, I wiold like to see the presentation flipped 180 degrees, as my eye reads from right to left and that way the lights would lead into the tulip. I realize that half of the world reads left to right, so perhaps you should post two versions. Great job, thanks for sharing.

This is a wonderful place, and your photo is quite good, however, the photo horizon is tilted, giving the tower extra "lean".

Great shoy, the angle makes it. In my opinion, you might be able to step down one appature and darken up the sky to a deeper blue.
