I like the angle, the person in the foreground adds a sense of scale and the motion blur on him add to the it. Great composition the eye is drawn right off the frame yet brought back by the relection of the square building. Very nice.

Nice city scape, I like the way the horizon seem visible through nealy all the buildings. I would have zoomed in (if possible) on the middle third and presented it portrait mode, but its difficult do that from an airplane.

What would look great would be sthe same shot with the setting (or rising sun)behind it.

With so much see and sky, I'd would use a longer lens to increase the size of the sun, to try make if a point of focus, as it isit looks a bit dull. Nice colours but not exactly inspiring.
