Welcome. This is a lovely photo with a real old-fashioned look to it that helps to make it unique. I love the angle you took this from. With the delicate ironwork of the tower though I would suggest a thin border, the heavy black border detracts from the sepia toned image which is the most important part of the total presentation. Looking forward to seeing more photos from you, I think you will find this a wonderful site to learn from.
