Thanks Robert. Taken last week. No rain before or after. I had made a foothills parkway run for sunrise and then got to the cove at about 7:30AM. This was taken about 8:00AM (note the long shadows) on a Wednesday thus the lack of cars. The 30mm on the xpan tends to make nice sky's great!

IF it's color you say you like then you have been succesful in representing that. This would benefit more by having something else in the image. Another complimentary flower placed in the thirds position?

Hey John I like this one all except for the grainy sky. The image has a infrared feel to it.

A lovely image! I've recently posted a bunch of Gerbera shots as I love them. Nice work.

Nice but it feels like it's leaning to the left a bit. Can you straighten it out in PS?

Sara, I too like the refreshing take on this flower but must put in my vote for a sharp area somewhere and also for a stronger compositoin. Thanks for the inspiration for the angle...

Hi Steve, for some reason I'm not drawn to any of this series... In trying to figure out why, I think its because of the vast amount of white that my eye is drawn to. I think if it was a different warmer color I would like it better.

I agree with Sergio.. If your going to crop into a pan it is much stronger without the trees.

Debarshi, I do hope you understand my comments were made in a hope to improve your work. It is obvious that you love the beautiful flowers! I was just hoping to help make them even more beautiful. The diffusor I was speaking of can be found here. I think you will find it to be a wonderful tool to help soften the light. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productli st&A=details&Q=&sku=42088&is=REG

You have a lot of beautiful flowers to make images of but the light is just to harsh. Try shooting the same flowers on overcast days or purchase a diffusion pannel to diffuse the light.

Thanks Tim. It is indeed 9 handheld exposures on one piece of film. I very carefully moved the cameara up over a very short distance, maybe 1/2 to 1 inch. If you look closely you will see.
