For some reason, my first reaction to this photo was "Dalmation" and I'm not entirely sure why. I mean, of course, the white and black butterfly but with so much red in there....
Your DOF looks perfect to me. If I could change one thing, I clone out the part of flower that looks like it coming from the butterfly's head. The one that looks like laser eyes.

Athoob,
What a very compelling image, especially with what is going on in the world today! I like the composition of the shot. Technically I feel that you have lost some of the detail in the snow or sand. Also I would have liked more detail in the boot itself. Just my humble old eyes opinion! Keep it up!

Excellent image, with very powerful message... I like the cropping, the tones, and the texture, my only nit is a bit sharper boot... may be it is the scanning... try using a lab for scanning the whole film, on a CD.

This is a very compelling image. I would redo the boarders though. Perhaps make the white smaller and make the black larger. It should add focus to the image and intensify the tones. Other than that I would not touch a thing. I think this is a very good shot.

very strong imige the only thing is that i would have gotten a real pare of army boots they look like deziner boots like dock martens (un less these are the tipe issued in a nether contery other than the us)but that is being REALLY picky i give this a 10

Very nice this pict.
maybe it could be a bit darker in the background, couldn?t?
Is this a place to make gym?
My first impression when I saw smal pict at Recent Photos I thought it was a place to hang people...
Black and White pict is naturaly dramatic.
