the light comes too much from above - that is why her nose gets so much light. next time try a little more front light...
maybe you can see difference between her hair, the dress and the background better also.
the tone of her skin is perfect.

Liz - I hope you have copies of all your work that you have posted before - well, I am pretty sure that you have. Then cleaning house can be a blessing.
Photographing for work is good; you have to live. Taking pictures for fun is what keeps you healthy.
