Thanks Marky, yeah, that's what I thought so too....poor thing. I threw him back to the ocean afterwards hoping he would make it but like you see in the picture, he already had one eye left. It was pretty sad. Thanks again for stopping by. Ann

Thanks, Mike. Yeah, I like the clouds in the background too. I tried to imagine a clean clear sky with no clounds in the back, it just didn't do it for me. I'm not a studio person though learning to be one, so I just grab what is a available on the path I walk on and try to make the most out of it. I got lucky on this one. Thanks for your comment. -Ann-

This is a very different perspective. This shot "speaks" to me. I like the focus on the grass and the rolling clouds in the background! Awesome sepia toning! Overall excellent with a 7+++

Thank you for your comment, Rashed. I sure will check out Paul Greenwood. I had to wait for the sun to go down to get this lighting. After all it's all about patience, I guess. I saw your photos of Thailand. I am from Thailand too. So happy to see great photos from my own country. When was it that you went there?

Overcast and cool, as per normal. Nice change from our alleged heatwave (mid-ninties). Something new for the tourists and transplants to complain about.

Very great image here which remind me of the stile of a very great person and photographer on photo.net called Paul Greenwood.
I really liked the composition here and the DOF along with the grea lighting and and the amazing reflections on the sky in the water, wishing you all of the best my friend

Thanks Shirley. By the way, I don't think your work is porn at all. How do I put it...there is a fine line between art and porn. Yours is more of a classy nudity and classy nudity is what make good art. Thanks. Ann

Thanks, Paul. Like I told James, when I took the shot, ripples were everywhere and I try to capture to most still part of the water. The ripples were truely accident, but I guess it turns out for the better. Thanks for visiting. Ann

James, you are right. When I was taking this photo I didn't even notice this particular ripples in the shot. In fact, I even tried to avoid them. Came home and take a look, wow...I got lucky / Thanks for your comment. Ann

In photoshop (not elements, don't use that one) you would use a panel called levels (control-l).
Slide the black left bar to where your darks start, the white on the right to where your lights start, and slide the middle to adjust the contrast. Whoo-pee!

Hey Michael, how do I gain the truely dark darks on this photo? Should I do it in photoshop or should I shoot it differently? Thanks for your comments. I always love your work. (reason for me to join). Ann
