very good (do not use a razor :) techs are superb
my only nit: change for a simple T-shirt (without legends) or convert this in BW and go for a square format cropping at the shoulders level; I think it would increase the impact
anyway, excellent

You have a beautiful daughter, Jason. You've done a very good job here. Nice catch lights in the eyes. Good exposure. The hair light could have used a little more power, but I'm really nit-picking now.
