This is beautiful... I love the contrast between the white wall of the house she's walking beside and the dark, old, mysterious tree. Really good.

Lei sa l'opera del fotografo Dennis Stock? Ha pubblicato un libro di fotografia molti anni fa, 'Brother Sun', che amo tanto io. Questa foto mi ricorda delle foto in questo libro... come le foto di Stock, è bellissima, misteriosa e incantevole.

Fare una foto della Torre Eiffel che è interessante e originale è molto difficile. Entrambe queste qualità esistano nella sua immagine. Bellissima!

Oleg, you know I adore your photography, so if I say that I think a crop might improve this image, please take it the right way! For me, the shadowy area by her feet is rather dense and detracts from the rest of the superb image. I hope you don't mind my having attached a cropped version... just as an experiment. If you prefer the original (which you probably will), then all well and good!

WOW! Robert, you are visiting some EXTRAORDINARY places! This is unreal....
From a technical point of view, it's so strong... beautiful shadow detail and the highlights are held as well. A very, very fine photograph. 7++++++ and a favourite.

You need to be careful when photographing white subjects against a dark background... this is very over-exposed.

Hey Annemette... you couldn't have painted these colours more vividly. This is great! It's a slight shame about the lens flare top left, but it doesn't really matter. A beautiful image.
