Very surreal image, I think for photo art it is very good ! Your ability to work with PS is just impressive, you've managed to bring out the details of the sky, the walls and the cobblestones!
Agree, it's not too realistic, but again, this is Art and very good use of the tools that you have!

The composition is well done, the oversaturated colors look quite unrealistic to me. The light on the stones is well captured. I think I would prefer this without all the post-processing work.

Wow amazing colors. The colors are very saturated but it is not too much, same goes for the contrast. I like the reflection on the wet street.The sky looks amazing with those clouds. It has a wonderful warm, summer atmosphere. Great shot.
