Wow! Those lights are amazing! I have seen a filter like this before. They are a lot of fun to experiment with.

Very cool! Such sharp burst and the image itself looks very clean and detailed. Great night image.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOD MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!Bright Lights, this is neat picture, I like how you can see the different colors as the light rays bounce off of the water! they look like knights gaurding the bridge.

Thanks for the compliment and the 'nose grease filter' idea. Gary.

Hello, Gary

I can see that you must be new to UseFilm, but you are obviously not new to photography. Great job with this photo, I like the perspective and the feel of the repetitious lights, with all the reflections on the water.

Nice use of the filter, too, It adds a sort of 'blazing glory' to the image, and I like it. A friend of mine showed me something he called a 'nose grease filter', where he took a clear lens filter and rubbed his nose in it untill it was all greasy. Then he took some pictures with it and it looked like those old film niors, it was great. anyway, keep shooting and experimenting!

This is great, Gary-- I've never heard of that type of filter before, but the results are really cool. Nice exposure and compostion to make the filter work so well for you.

thanks for looking at my image.
