hola gregory;

it could be good but you have few minor mistakes;
the building id a bit drunk... the angle is not vertical. it might be because of the lense (did you use wide angle?)
I would crop the light on the right side of the image; its a bit distracting.
the expouser is well choosen and the stars are nice on the sky. the green tones you have because of the night sceene; it is better to shoot this shots in the semi light (when dawn comes). The sun makes the color tones more red which are much more friendly for our eyes.
