Hi Kristian,
It doesn?t get any better than this.
I have been whale watching in Monterey Bay, California, USA; Baja California Mexico and Costa Rica, and never seen anything like this.
Amazing detail and color. Looks like your camera lens got splash?
Take care and keep up the good work.

thanx you for comments , well there is a lot luck in that shot , becouse you dont know where and when dolphins will jump , in this one like i know where he is going to jump , he did it wery heigh and i had time to put him in center frame for focusing , got focus right , and shot.
not so easy but with little or luck is possible.

thats about 40% of original image , i crop like that to show better dolphin details.

thanx again.

I've never seen anything like it! Talk about luck meeting preparation. The dolphin's 'smile' is what's really compelling about this photo. I wonder though if the cropping can't be improved; for such a free-spirited moment the dolphin looks boxed in. Is there any free space on the negative?

Catching "the moment" is so rewarding. I especially enjoy the added flair of suspended water in the action. It adds a sense of frozen moment. Nice job!
