About	Taken morning of 10/17/01 after a hard frost. Again, I tried to get in very close for the shot. The Nikon auto-focused on the brighter grass in the background. AAACK!! I cropped some off the top and sharpened slightly in Photoshop.....and chose to call it an "abstract." :-)

Lisa, try manual focus on something like this. If you want to control DOF, you are better off with manual focus. Like this a lot. Have wanted to photograph frost for years. Never up to catch it. I'm up all night!
