Oh you two, debating! It's a cheapie digital, fixed length lens. It's w-i-d-e, as those lenses tend to be. I don't even know... it says AF 4.5mm 1:2.8. Translate that for me. I liked the gate, too, especially the horseshoe on it. Guess it didn't mean much luck in the long run for this farmstead.

I agree with you Koen. It's just the depth of field and the gate in front that has me stumped. Probably just a standard 50 or so. I don't think I even own one anymore. Forgot you can do good stuff with a normal lens.

My guess is that the lens would be longer than 35mm :) Nice pic.

Wonderful photograph. I love the antique washed out quality. Was this a 28 or 35 mm lens. The fence/gate in the foreground rather than upstaging the barn--makes the photograph. Good eye!
