Nice lead in line w/ the bridge. The reflection of the sunset on the water works well. The horizon is fairly right in the middle of the composition. I might have put the horizon on the lower third, playing up the sky more.
Also, the sky got a little hot right above the horizon...almost white. By underexposing a little bit, then raising the midtones and highlights after will help to perfectly preserve the brightest areas of the photo. However, you did well considering the high contrast of this type of scene.
