Dear Jean,
That is very good to capture him while he is doing his job.. I'd like to take a photo in this composition however I haven't met somebody at work when I have my photo cam.. Very good framing and very good shuttter value..

Nicely done! My husband is a welder and I have tried a few times to capture some flares and sparks while he is welding and grinding.
You captured this very well, the lighting angle and crop is all really well done!
I have a couple of welding photos in my portfolio if you care to take a look ;o)
