About The popular way to dispose of old wooden boats.. is to crush them up for kindling .. and there gone forever. But .. once in a while .. one is saved and is used in a display .. or garden. Although it may seem sad .. at least it preserves this once proud daysailer for us to see .. what was before..fiberglass.

Good composition Bill...I can never get accustomed to seeing beautiful wooden boats used as lawn decoration or just abandoned to the back forty. This fills me with sadness...and a little anger...Gloria
