About	These dinghy belong to the homeless men and women .. who live out in several of the sailboats .. out on the water. They come ashore in these small..sometime unseaworthy crafts... to gather supplies of water and food. It is a shameful condition..... but seems to be tolerated. ... Sarasota Bay Front.
