About One of the nice things about independent
league baseball is you get to see some fameous players. Future hall of famer Ricky Henderson Plays for the Newark bears and is seen here posing for a photo with one of the Bridgeport Bluefish players. A nice guy, even though he didn't play that day, he coached first base for a couple of innings so the fans could see him.
