Pardesia has a large psychiatric hospital. I used to visit it regularly when I was director of mental health servisces in out gonernment.
I suppose the vl means very large. What is the meaning of si?

You're right, Noam. Whenever I go to Nes Tsiona (Once a week) I forget about everything except the grand-children and photography.
