Nice shot,reminds me of a similar scene in Honduras.A slow mode of transport.

Like the idea James but find the couple standing in the back a bit distracting.
One of the problems I find when teaching photography is that people are so focused on the subject, they forget to look at the background.
The classic image is a portrait with a tree or power pole sticking out of their head, know what I mean :) Its something you have to train yourself to do.
I would have seen the two people and maybe decide to shoot the cart a bit further down the street with a plain wall in the back or come around at 45 degrees or so, to shoot from a slightly different angle. And i would have taken a number of shots, not just one.
