This image touches my heart and I admire you and your father's courage. It makes a very strong statement and I can imagine he is very proud of you! Best wishes to him and keep strong for him!!
My Uncle is currently battling lung cancer as well...and just had a heart attack, too :(

I visited your portfolio after seeing your self portrait...everything came together then. Feelings from the self (perhaps) explained after seeing this.
